ABOUT VÖR CONSULTING

Vör Consulting was founded by Antonia Mertiris (GAICD, M.B.A., B.A. (Psych), MAHRI, QMBTI), who brings over 25 years of experience in strategy and people and culture expertise with a specialisation in the organisational development stream and coaching. Her experience spans from senior management positions in global organisations such as BHP and IBM, through to the non-for profit and Federal and State Government sectors, together with extensive consulting experience partnering with individuals and organisations throughout her career.

With deep expertise consulting to Boards and CEOs, Antonia brings a unique blend of skills, knowledge and experience to her work, and has been providing support and advice to leaders for over two decades. She is GAICD qualified and holds a Master of Business Administration conferred by The University of Adelaide.

Vör Consulting is passionate about coaching professionals to develop themselves and empowering them to succeed, and works in partnership with them to support their career progression and leadership capabilities. We also understand the pivotal importance people play in the achievements of an organisation, and support organisational leaders to build the cultures and systems necessary for their organisations to achieve success through their people.
